Position at DO-IT:
Member of the Brand Team. As brand manager I am responsible for the product development of la BIO IDEA and Amaizin.
I develop new products and watch over the related marketing processes.
For sales I am responsible for my accounts in Scandinavia, Poland, Italy, Korea and Japan. Last but not least I am involved in the communication of the brands. A perfect combination!
Since when do you work for DO-IT?
Since end 2009.
What is DO-IT according to you?
DO-IT brings within reach all kinds of organic food ingredients from all over the world. We aim to deliver a complete range to our customers, food ingredients as well as the brands la BIO IDEA & Amaizin or private labels.
Why did you choose for an organic company?
I am a food fan and organic food has always had my special attention as it is a specific and growing market with lots of brand opportunities.
Why is organic important to you?
To me organic is a constant awareness about caring for people, animals and food sources entrusted to us on earth.
Does organic play a role in your daily life?
Organic has my daily attention. Not only at work but also in private. When shopping I try to buy only organic. In any case, for meat and vegetables I will buy organic only.
Are you single or married, do you have children?
Where do you live?
In the “Dutch Food Valley” Veenendaal.
What are your hobbies?
Friends, cycling, reading, shopping, travelling.
What is your favourite la BIO IDEA – Amaizin product?
La BIO IDEA pitted Kalamata Olives.
A product I developed myself. Coming from Greece, with a unique background, produced in a marvellous authentic jar. I used to not like olives but since I met these la BIO IDEA Kalamata olives I am a true olive lover!
